Many people use heating lamps in the winter when taking a bath. If the heating lamp is used improperly or if other issues arise, it may need to be replaced. Here’s a guide on how to change a heating lamp.

How to Replace a Heating Lamp

1. First, if you need to replace the heating lamp, turn off all the switches related to the heating lamp. Place a step ladder below the heating lamp and climb up. Stop climbing when you can reach the height of the lamp bulbs with your arms.

2. Next, remove the four heating bulbs and the central lighting bulb. You will notice that each of the four heating bulbs is held in place by a spring hook, which is typically hooked onto the heating lamp’s plastic outer shell.

3. Remove the four spring hooks from the hooks on the plastic outer shell of the heating lamp. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws securing the heating lamp to the ceiling. Additionally, disconnect the flue pipe and the power supply cable from the heating lamp. At this point, you will be able to completely remove the old heating lamp.

4. Now, install the new heating lamp of the same specifications in the original position. Reattach the flue pipe and the power supply cable, secure the screws to the ceiling, and attach the spring hooks back to the hooks on the outer shell of the heating lamp. Finally, install the new heating and lighting bulbs.

5. After replacing the heating lamp, turn on all the switches and check if the heating and lighting bulbs illuminate. If they do, it indicates that the replacement was successful. If they do not light up, you will need to dismantle it again for inspection and reinstall it.

In summary:the above is a detailed guide on how to replace a heating lamp. Friends who need to replace their heating lamp can refer to this information.
