The bathroom heater's lighting fixture may burn out after prolonged use, leading many homeowners to choose to replace the heater's lighting themselves. The replacement steps can be divided into five stages. Below is a detailed introduction to each step.

How to Change the Light in an Integrated Bathroom Heater: A Simple Tutorial

1. Cut off the power supply

Before changing the heating lamp, we should not only turn off all the switches of the heater but also turn off the circuit breaker for the bathroom. This way, the bathroom circuit is in a closed state, and we can replace the bulb without the risk of electric shock or other safety accidents.

2. Remove the heating bulb

When removing the heating bulb, you should cover it with the palm of your hand, using your fingers to press down on the edge of the bulb to twist and loosen it. Usually, there are 2-4 heating bulbs; you can follow the aforementioned method to remove all of them. Be careful when removing the heating bulbs to avoid dropping and breaking them.

3. Remove the heater cover

Once the heating bulbs are removed, you will see the spring clips that connect the heater cover to the base. You should loosen the heater's spring clips and gently pull down on the cover by gripping the opening where the bulbs are installed to detach it.

4. Replace the bulb

After taking off the heater cover, you will see the heater's lighting bulb. Loosen the clip on one end of the lighting bulb, then use a screwdriver to push against the metal tab near the bulb to pull it out. Next, install the new bulb that you have prepared. The wattage of the new bulb should match that of the original bulb.

5. Reinstall the heater

Once the heating lamp is installed, systematically reinstall the heater cover and the heating bulbs that you previously removed. After the heater is reinstalled, turn the circuit breaker for the bathroom back on and turn on the heater's lighting to check if the lighting is functioning properly.

Summary:This article provides a simple introduction to the steps for replacing the lighting bulb in an integrated bathroom heater. However, since there are various types and styles of integrated heaters, the method for replacing their lighting may differ. When replacing the heater's lighting fixture, you can refer to the installation manual for guidance.
