Manufacturers usually specify a rough-in distance of 400 mm; typically, the actual rough-in would be 380 mm, allowing a 20 mm thickness for the tiles. If the measurement reads 370 mm, note that the diameter of the drainage pipe is generally 110 mm, and the drain outlet diameter is about 70 mm, leaving 40 mm for adjustment in between.
