Many homeowners like to install shower rooms in their bathrooms, but it is important to choose different specifications for the shower room according to the size of the indoor space.
What are the specifications of shower rooms?
Shower rooms come in different styles, such as curved, fan-shaped, diamond-shaped, and square. If you choose a diamond-shaped shower room, there are mainly four specifications: 90×90×195 cm, 90×120×195 cm, a slightly larger one at 100×100×195 cm, and another one at 120×120×195 cm.
If you opt for a square shower room, the standard sizes are primarily three types: one is 80×100×195 cm, and others are variations with lengths of 90 cm or 100 cm, while the width and height remain 100 cm and 195 cm, respectively.
For curved shower rooms, they can form any arc and can be customized. If the indoor area is relatively large, these three styles are quite suitable; as long as you and your family like them, they can be chosen.
However, if the indoor space is relatively small, it is crucial to select the right size for the shower room or customize it based on the available space. There are some non-standard shower room sizes, such as 85×90×195 cm or 95×95×195 cm, which are relatively more suitable for smaller bathrooms.
How to clean and maintain a shower room?
To ensure the shower room lasts longer, it is important to take care of some of its components, such as the sliding wheels, tempered glass, hardware profiles, and the base. Avoid forcefully hitting the sliding door, and regularly clean the wheel tracks and the sliding mechanism to prevent dirt accumulation, which can lead to difficulty in opening and closing.
Additionally, regularly apply lubricant or wax. It is vital to choose reputable brands, as their quality tends to be more reliable, and their after-sales service is generally superior.
In summary:because there are many specifications and models for shower rooms, when purchasing, it is necessary to choose different styles according to the size of your bathroom. The better the shower room you choose, the longer its service life will be.
