The use of smart toilets can bring convenience to people's daily home life, but attention should be paid to details during use. Here are some reasons why the water temperature of a smart toilet may not heat up.
Reasons why the water temperature of a smart toilet cannot be heated:
1、Remote control settings issue. In this case, first check if there is a problem with the remote control. If the temperature setting on the remote control is set to room temperature, you can reset the temperature and wait a moment to try again.
2、The temperature fuse may be blown. Disconnect and measure the resistance at both ends of the water tank heating cable to see if the resistance is around 92 ohms. Also, check the resistance at both ends of the heating tube. If it’s not around 92 ohms, it indicates that the fuse is blown.
3、The control board may be faulty. Check the resistance value across the temperature sensor; if it falls between 25 and 80, it's normal. If the temperature sensor is normal, it indicates that the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced.
How to maintain a smart toilet:
1、Since the external material of the smart toilet is relatively special, it is not recommended to use strong acidic or corrosive cleaning agents, such as bactericides or nylon brushes that can easily scratch the surface. Instead, use a soft cloth dampened with water, add a few drops of diluted neutral cleaner, and gently wipe the inside and outside of the toilet. Be sure not to directly rinse with water to prevent the toilet unit from being submerged, which could cause a short circuit.
2、Cleaning the nozzle is crucial for a smart toilet. When cleaning, gently remove the toilet spray nozzle and clean it thoroughly with a soft sponge or soft-bristle toothbrush, then rinse it with clean water. When reinstalling, ensure it is properly fitted to prevent the nozzle from loosening or falling off.
3、When cleaning the filter, please close the water inlet valve first, disconnect the water supply hose, and use a brush to clear any impurities from both ends of the filter. If necessary, the filter can also be replaced periodically.
In summary:this is a brief overview of the reasons why the water temperature of a smart toilet may not heat up. There are many details to consider when using a smart toilet, and it is important to pay special attention to these to avoid impacting normal usage and causing unnecessary trouble.
